We have purchased ornaments from New England Ornaments for the past 11 years.  These ornaments never disappoint and are always of the highest quality. There are so many designs to choose from. Perfect to give as a gift or to create a special family ornament each year.  We purchased this ornament as a gift for our Niece’s first Christmas. It helped mark a special moment in our family. Absolutely love New England Ornaments!!

I purchased 7 ornaments with different lettering and ribbon colors. Everything was just as I ordered. The ornaments were sent 1 day after ordering with engraving. They were delivered within 3 days of my order VIA priority mail. I'm very satisfied with the whole shopping experience and will be returning next Christmas for another purchase in keeping with this Christmas tradition.

I ordered several pewter ornaments in memory of my nephew who passed away earlier this year.  Rebecca was amazing with her customer service skills.  At first the engraver used the wrong font for the ornaments and, before shipping them to me, Rebecca offered to either give me a discount on them or replace with the font I originally chose.  She even sent me a photo of the ornament with the incorrect font.  In the end I chose to go with my original choice and she was more than gracious.  She was also very sympathetic and offer her condolences on the loss of my nephew.  The ornaments were ordered on a Friday and I received them the following Tuesday.  I would recommend this company to anyone.  Thank you so much.
